this smile is only to be used when a topic actually needs to be locked, so dont abuse this icon, its purpose is to inform others quickly that the thread is dead. thank you

also, people who start topics: if you want a topic locked that you made just post that picture, and it will be locked, no questions asked.

no, im going to lock topics and that is all, the mobia discussion zone is an exception though, hence forth though, no deleting topics mods! unless its about racism, shock pictures, etc
